Return & Refund Policy

1) Standard Policy (Direct Purchases)

For purchases made directly from MillionairesGold (e.g. through millionairesgold.com, cb.millionairesgold.com or cm.millionairesgold.com without a ClickBank affiliate link), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, perceived value, or lack of use. This policy helps us keep pricing fair and serve committed members.

2) Exception – ClickBank Affiliate Purchases (60 Days)

If you bought via a ClickBank affiliate link (you’ll have a ClickBank order number like CB-1234-5678), you are eligible for a 60-day money-back guarantee handled under ClickBank’s terms. Requests within 60 days from purchase will be honored when verified against ClickBank records.

  • Who handles the refund? ClickBank processes the refund to your original payment method.
  • What you need: Your ClickBank order number and purchase email.
  • Timing: Request must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date.

How to request: Contact us at support@millionairesgold.com or use the contact form with the subject “Billing / Order”. Include your ClickBank order number.

3) How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to policies.millionairesgold.com/contact and choose Billing / Order.
  2. Provide your order reference:
    • ClickBank: format CB-1234-5678 (required for 60-day refunds).
    • Other platforms (e.g., Lemon Squeezy): format LS-123456 (note: direct purchases are not refundable).
  3. Use the same email address used at checkout.
  4. Briefly state the reason (optional for ClickBank, helpful for support).

4) Non-Refundable Situations

  • Direct purchases from MillionairesGold (non-ClickBank) – 0-day refund.
  • Requests made after the 60-day window for ClickBank affiliate orders.
  • Chargebacks filed with your bank prior to contacting support (please contact us first).
  • Accounts found in violation of our Conditions of Use (e.g., abuse or fraud).

5) Chargebacks

If you have any billing concerns, please contact us first so we can help. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of access and cancellation of bonuses. We’ll always work to resolve issues quickly.

6) Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws (e.g., the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK) relating to faulty or mis-described digital content.
